Ryska Posten Bemanning is now searching, on behalf of Brunswick Real Estate, an administrator who wants to be a part of the company’s success journey. The employment is full-time from January 2020.


Brunswick Real Estate is a market leading investor and lender in the Nordics, investing across the entire capital structure. Investments includes a wide range of private equity structures, from separate investment mandates in commercial real estate together with large institutions and international managers to residential development. Debt includes credit financing funds focused on secured financing of commercial real estate in the Nordic region. Ventures offers opportunistic investment ideas within real estate, ranging from seed capital to traditional property investments. The team includes approximately 50 employees in Stockholm, Helsinki and London.

The role

We are looking for a service-minded and flexible administrator who will assist with various company administration. You will, among other things, have continuous contact with lawyers, owners and colleagues. Your main tasks will include managing documents for annual reports and auditsas well as other administrative tasks. Much of the information you will handle is confidential and it’s therefore important thatyou handle this accurately and discretely. You will work together with another administrator and you will together support your colleagues at the office. This position is a full-time employment and you will work office hours; Monday – Friday, with some flexibility.  As the workload can be high at times, you may need to be available outside regular working hours from time to time.

Key responsibilities and tasks

As an administrator you will work with varying tasks. For example, you will:

·       Collect signatures (mainly from the partner group)

·       Manage all incoming and outgoing mail 

·       Manage corporate papers for different mandates

·       Continuous contact with lawyers, owners and corporate administrators

·       Manage documents for annual reports and audits

·      Other administrative tasks

We believe you are/have:

·      Have previous experience in administration and office services

·      Have good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel)

·      Can express yourself very well in Swedish and English in both speech and writing

·      Team spirit, strong social competence, outspoken, straightforward and friendly. 

·      Organized with strong coordinating skills and an excellent ability to multitask. 

As a person, you are positive, self-reliant and cautious. We see that you have a high level of integrity and good judgement while being prestigeless and confident in yourself. You are ambitious, service minded and have the ability to prioritize your work and make your own decisions. Furthermore, you can work independently in a high pace working environment towards deadlines, as well as being systematic and focused on delivering results.
