Ryska Posten Bemanning is looking for, on behalf of Oriflame, an IT Support Specialist who wants to be a part of their success. The service is full-time with start as soon as possible.

To further strengthen the GSO Stockholm & WE IT Support we are searching for an IT Support Specialist. 

About The GSO & WE IT Team

You will be one of a local and Global IT Team responsible for delivering high-quality IT support for Oriflame users. As an IT Support Specialist your day to day responsibilities involve many tasks, but to keep it simple – it’s mainly about supporting Oriflame´s users.

What will you do?

As an IT Support Specialist, you will:

· Carry out IT maintenance tasks and operations

· Provide second level on-site support

· Prepare, configure and deploy workstations, laptops, and other user devices upon the onset of a new hire

· Actively work and resolve Service Desk tickets

· Participate and support project implementations, with a specific focus on the upcoming Stockholm Headquarters office move

· Support team colleagues in Stockholm and WE sites

Oriflame is a global company. Therefore, although your location is in the headquarter Stockholm office, you will cooperate with the Global IT team located in different countries.

Your background and your qualifications:

Essential

· 2-3 years of work experience as a 2nd line desktop support in a predominantly Microsoft

· Good customer service skills and be service-minded

· Natural aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving

· Knowledge of IT hardware and a good understanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud services and security).

· Strong experience supporting Windows 10

· Experience supporting users based hosted in Office 365 & Azure AD

· Ability to work under pressure and on your initiative to complete a wide range of tasks required

· Able to work without supervision and enjoy working and interacting with wider teams

· Good written and spoken English as you will be part of our global Digitalization team

Nice to have

· Experience supporting MacOS endpoints

· Experience working with and configuring Microsoft EndPoint Manager (Intune) and Autopilot

· Experience with office move projects

· Client-side network troubleshooting skills

· Swedish language skills

· Microsoft Certification

· ITIL Foundation
